As the owner of J&M Engineering, for many years I have gained extensive experience in industries such as automotive or technology industries in engineering departments. I also directly supervised investment and modernization projects implemented for large enterprises. In addition, many years of management in the areas of Maintenance and Engineering allowed me to expand and consolidate my knowledge in the field of optimization and maintenance of production processes. The next stage of development was the establishment of my own company where I provide the best design and engineering services under my own brand.
